Vendor Requirements:
Food Vendors:
Please provide a current Health Certificate and proof of insurance prior to setting up.Food vendors are required to have a temporary health permit through the health department and a food handlers card. Businesses covered under cottage law are not required to have a temporary permit to sell, but are required to have a food handlers card. Anything hot or prepared (ex.hot food or pasta or fruit with whipped cream that is not packaged like cottage law) has to have the permit the temporary permit and food handlers card.
Event Times, Setup, & Fees:
Carefully review the following details before submitting your application.Event Timing
First Thursdays run from 5 pm until dark, and all vendors are expected to stay until the end of the event. Early teardown will result in a $10 fine.
Setup Time: Vendors should begin setting up by 3 pm and be fully ready to go by 4:45 pm.
The Vendor Coordinator will email your site location and event details the Monday before each event.
Late Arrivals
Vendors arriving late without prior authorization from the Vendor Coordinator will incur a $10 fine.
Vendor Space & Equipment
Each vendor is allotted a 10x10 space, which may be in sun or shade. If you need more room, you’ll need to reserve two spaces.
Vendors must provide their own tent, tables, and any additional setup items.
Power is not available at event sites; vendors requiring power must bring their own generator.
Important Policies
No-Shows: Vendors who do not show up for a reserved event will forfeit their opportunity to participate in future events.
Repeated Early Teardown or Tardiness: This can result in removal from the vendor program.

Vendor Fees
MDA Members: $35 per space, per event
Non-Members: $50 per space, per event
Non-Profit/Info-Only Booths: $25 deposit (fully refunded upon setup)
All fees are due within 48 hours of confirmation to secure your spot.
